Return Policy
- We will not accept returns or exchanges on worn jewelry, items made of natural
materials, acrylic, lucite, or plastic items, or items purchased over 30 days
ago.
- Please note that special order items, including all gold, gemstone, and
nipple shields are not returnable.
- Nostril screws are custom made and bent to your specifications and cannot
be returned. Please make sure you order exactly what you want.
- All returns or exchanges with the exception of defective items are subject
to a 10% restocking fee.
- All returns must be approved in advance. Please call for a return authorization.
- We do not give cash refunds. You will receive a store credit for items accepted
for return.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return postage for any item that is returned for exchange or credit.
- We do guarantee our jewlery against defects in workmanship for a period
of 30 days from date of purchase. Simply call or email us with a description
of the problem and we will instruct you on how to return the item for replacement
or repair.
- Please note that lucite threaded balls are not guaranteed against breakage
when used in an oral piercing. If you bite down on lucite balls, they can
crack. We sell them as an alternative to steel or hematite, as they are much
gentler on your teeth should you accidently bite down on the ball.
