Shipping and Handling
Rates and Information
Within the continental US we routinely ship US Postal Service,
Priority Mail. We will ship UPS or FedEx by request; additional charges will
apply.
All Priority Mail shipments are now sent with Signature Confirmation, due
to problems with delieveries. If you do not wish to have Signature Confirmation,
let us know in the comments section when you place your order. However, we
will be unable to be responsible for the successful delivery of your order.
Cost for shipping by Priority Mail is $5.95 for orders up to 1 lb., and up
to $20.00. See chart below for details.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customer pays for return postage on items returned to Rings of Desire for
exchange or credit.

UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, we will ship USPS priority
mail, for merchandise that totals under $100.00 and weighs less than 2lbs.
Shipping is based on the weight and the total dollar amount of your order. Insurance
is included for all orders totaling $50.00 or more. If you order weighs over
1 lb. additional shipping charges will be added.
For shipments to Canada and Mexico there is an additional charge of $5.00 for
Global Priority Mail.
Overseas orders: Additional $7.00 for Global Priority Mail to most countries.
If this option is not available to your country, you will be notified of actual
shipping charges.
Please include your e-mail address with your order so we may contact
you if we have questions or if there is a problem with your order. The on-line
ordering engine calculates basic shipping charges on your order, but we will
adjust the total if necessary.
We process all orders within 1 to 2 days of reciept of the order. Items in stock
should be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. We will notify you if any item
you order is not in stock. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery of items not
in stock.
